Suzhou Jufeng Insulation Material Co., Ltd. mainly produces insulation paint, mica products, combined flexible material, slot wedge, motor covering paint, motor covering paint and anti-corona material, totally six big kinds and more than one hundred breeds, its major task is to offer necessary products to domestic and foreign motor and electric apparatus industries. It passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 1999, passed ISO14001 environmental system certification in 2003, and now, it is implementing OHSAS18000 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification. Presently, it employs over 200 staff, including 15% of technicians, and it covers an area over 80000 square meters, including 22000 square meters of construction area, besides, it holds 10 sets of advanced production equipments of insulation paint, two production lines of combined flexible material, several dozens of face paint production equipments, five production lines of mica tapes and one production line of anti-corona tape, its annual output achieves 10000 tons.
     Jufeng Company has solid technical power, very predominant new product research and development capability, especially, our company had already established high-tech-based tenet, closely cooperated with domestic and foreign famous scientific research institutes and colleges, developed high-performance, energy-saving and environmental-protected products before our country jointed WTO. Meanwhile, the series of insulation paint has already passed America UL safety certification, and with Grade H, Grade F and Grade B electric insulation structures that are also approved by UL.
     The six kinds of products in Jufeng Company: Insulation paint product: there are solvent, little solvent, solvent-free; heat-resistant grades are Grade B, Grade F, Grade H and Grade C; application crafts are common immersion, continuous immersion, dipping, rolling dipping as well as high and low pressure vacuum dipping, furthermore, since the 90th, our company has developed and introduced several new products such as JF-9958, JF-9950, JF-9950-1 high-pressure vacuum dipping, JF-98Z vacuum pressure dipping, and then, in order to cater for the development requirements of motor and electric apparatus, we have developed special-purpose paint JF-206 for frequency conversion motor, as well as cold-coal-resistant insulation paint JF-20 for air conditioner compressor. The above-mentioned products can cover almost all the dipping crafts of users at present.
     Combined flexible material: the combined flexible materials of Grade E, B, F, H made by our company have fine dielectrical property, high heat-resistant performance and mechanical intensity, they are mainly used in several low-voltage motors, lining insulation between slots of electric apparatus with different heat-resistant grades. They are also used in layer insulation in the middle of transformer. The breeds are: JF-6520-50 JF-6630、JF-6630A、JF-6632、JF-6633、JF-6640、JF-6641、JF-6642、JF-6650、JF-6652. Specifications are: 0.15、0.18、0.20、0.23、0.25、0.30、0.35.
     Slot wedge: glass fiber slot wedge (model: JF-3830-E、JF-3830-V), magnetic slot wedge (model：JF-3950), specification and technical index meet the needs of clients. Motor covering paint: our company have ability to produce whole set of matte and light RAL series products according to European uniform color card, as well as color mixing and production according to offered samples, furthermore, our company produces “non-Tri-Benzene” environmental-protected face paint, which is deeply favored by foreign merchants.
     Mica products: our company produces mica tapes with much, middle and little resin, and produces different kinds of mica sheet materials, mica foil, 242 gray cloth.
