     High-voltage motor insulation structure composed by VPL high-voltage vacuum dipping paint as well as necessary little resin mica tape, middle resin mica tale, anti-corona tape, anti-corona paint and others successfully developed by Jufeng is based on setting up and forming of research and development ability, and profound knowledge of clients. At the same time, our company develops iron wire glass fiber slot wedge for high-voltage motor, single-faced that is used in little resin VPL craft to prevent lapse of dipping resin, frequency conversion paint of motor, cold coal resistant paint and so like as well. Their performances are approved by clients, and can compare with those of imported products. On aspect of insulation paint for low-voltage motor, Jufeng Company successfully develops JF-9801（a） series insulation resin that has already received America UL certification, this series has several heat-resistant grades such as Grade B, Grade F and Grade H, and is applicable for various insulation processing crafts. In 2004, the Grade F insulation structure JF-155-1 for low-voltage motor passed UL certification. On aspect of face paint, Jufeng adopts quality materials of German BYK and Taiwan Deuchem, as well as self-developed Crylic Acid Epoxy Ester for face paint and HDI, TOI solidification agent. The color standard adopts European series and GB series. Jufeng takes this technique as base, then invests huge manpower, material in order to continuously promote product quality and commit to diversification of products, however, the largest advantage is that it can thoroughly realize and cater for clients’ requirements. Now, most of the motors exported to Occident markets adopt the surface coating material of Jufeng.
     Technical service Our research and development department not only is engaged in researching new products, but also is committing to offer technical service of clients, in order to settle application technique problem. Besides, it organizes business personnel to visit clients, or lectures related knowledge of insulation material and face paint application to clients’ employees as desired, or holds client proseminar regularly so as to provide lastest trade trend to them, all of activities are commonly praised by clients.
Research and development direction
     With the awareness of global environmental consciousness, on the base of more and more strict environmental rules, the direction of insulation material and motor’s surface coating material is low contamination, non-Tri-Benzene, low volatility and high solid components. As a manufacturer of insulation material and motor’s surface coating material, Jufeng has responsibility to do its endeavor. Referring to this, it develops some low-contamination products, for example: JF-1642S water-solubility silicon steel paint, JF-S0403 non-Tri-Benzene Polyurethane paint and so on. The fruit has already successfully showed to clients.
     Jufeng’s business includes self-developing high-quality products, producing various insulation materials and face paint which are in accordance with market requirements, and our market has extended to Asia and Occident from China.
